WHERE IS THE VILLAGE?
It is 2 km south of Ubud on Jalan Hanoman, going south toward Lodtunduh. We are on Jalan Pengosekan Kelod. Most of the local people know our place near Rumah David, Sanctuary so mentioning Rumah David might give more hints to local people of where we are.

Yes, each unit has a refrigerator.  Joglo Ganesha, Joglo Saraswati and Lotus Lumbung have double burner stove tops. Rumah Kampung and Rumah Tinggi have single burner stove tops. We do not have ovens (too hot in Bali to do that!). We also provide free bottled water.

DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING OR FAN?
Every house has air-con in the bedrooms, but we do ask to conserve energy, that if you are to be out all day to turn your air con off.  The room cools very quickly when you return.   The two leveled houses -Joglo Ganesha, Joglo Saraswati and Lotus Lumbung- have fans in the living rooms.

CAN WE ARRANGE FOR A DRIVER AND BABYSITTER?
Drivers are available and can be arranged upon your request. The cost varies on whether you will use them in town or out of town trips. This would be something you need to discuss directly with the driver. We do have drivers that we recommend.

We can help to find you a babysitter. Most Balinese have an aunt or sister who needs work, but this is something we do not usually "provide" but happy to help with. Therefore an advance request would give us sometime in order to help you find a babysitter.

I'M TRAVELING WITH MY CHILDREN, DO YOU HAVE ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT THAT ?
We do have open floor plans for sleeping downstairs and one should consider the age of their children and whether this will be suitable for them. Take a look at our website photos. We also can provide a roll away bed for them, in your Master Bedroom, if you need it.  We DO appreciate your considering the other guests with regard to noise.
